I built this resonator out of Mahogany and a Dobro style spyder and cone. The cover and tailpiece I made from brass. The tailpeice has an aluminum structure under the brass which allows for adjustment of downward pressure on the saddle.
Beautifully done. I've seen this picture many times, but still attracts as well as the first time. And a system to control the downward pressure on the saddle. Is that your own idea? I never heard of it, but I am always fighting with this regulation, after I made structural changes on my woodbodys. If you solved it, my respects.
